In our office:
* Social distancing rules will be clearly available on a notice
* The office will be regularly aired and disinfected daily
* The bank card payment terminal will be disinfected following each client usage
* Contactless payment will be encouraged
* Hand sanitising gel will be available
A&C Yacht staff:
* Staff will be trained to enforce basic Covid-19 protective measures and a reminder will be pinned up at each work station
* Staff temperatures will be checked on arrival at the office
* Social distancing measures will be respected (minimum 1 m apart)
* Hygiene measures will be applied (hand washing, coughing into ones elbow ...)
* Masks will be worn when social distancing cannot be respected.
With our clients:
* As we already do, all administrative formalities are carried out in a digital form: rental contract, nautical cv, crew list, rules, deposit ...)
* Hand sanitiser will be available
* Client pathways on the premises will be altered in order to reduce contact
* Availability of a mask for the skipper during handover
* Inventory provided in advance, so that the client can verify this alone, thus reducing the check-in procedure
With our boats:
* Full disinfection and cleaning before each rental
* Ventilation of the boat before the arrival of clients
* Use of appropriate disinfectant products
* Bedlinen disinfected and left on the beds
* Special disinfection of handles, engine buttons and levers ...
* To respect hygiene rules, we are no longer leaving flippers, masks and snorkels aboard our sailing boats
