Embarkation usually takes place from 5 pm, (in general this corresponds to the arrival of your flight).

The handover and departure from the quayside take place the next morning, in daylight and well-rested after your journey here. If you are up at first light then make the most of your time and start the inventory check, which needs to be done before the handover. This can also allow you to have a good look round the boat and see where all the equipment is.
